What this means is that we first dust the rug using a beating machine to remove loose dirt and then soak the rug in a cleaning pool and brush the rug to get the cleaning solution deep into the rug. For rugs with thick piles, such as most wool rugs, this is the only way to fully clean and remove stains and odors from a rug.
